Purchase and Return Policies
If you ever need to return an item, it will first of all break our hearts We don't want to see you unhappy. Heck, we are trying to add to your pets' delight. And we certainly wish to see that delight transfer to you!
But, despite trying our best to get the right products to you in the right condition, issues do happen in every world. At least here on earth. And we will be glad to provide product exchange or refund to you!
So if you ever find yourselves in that situation, here are the steps:
- Contact us through email about the product, mention what was wrong, send a picture, and the address you had it delivered to
- We will determine, with your coordination, if you should receive an exchange for the same item, or if you should receive a refund
- We will follow-through on exchange or refund, whichever you wish for, within 5 business days
We will also add 100 points/order to your account, if you are registered, as our way of saying sorry. And we hope we continue to be friends and you continue to visit us!
Please note: Although we have always loved and listened to our customers, but currently, due to Covid, we are temporarily unable to process any returns, for everyone's safety.
